RETURNS
We want your shopping experience at Hello Gorgeous to be the absolute best! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Merchandise may be returned for a refund within 14 days after your packaged was delivered or 14 days after your order was "ready for pick up". All returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and with the original tag in the clothing attached. All SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned. SWIG, leggings, and most other accessories are final sale. If you intend to return an item please reach out to Alyssa BEFORE you return it so she knows it's coming. 

Please email boutiquebyalyssa@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and whether you prefer a refund to your original form of payment OR a store credit issued in the form of a digital gift card.

After initiating a return via email please return your item to us within 7 days. If you item is not received within that timeframe we will not be able to honor your return.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund/store credit will be processed. You will receive email confirmation of this. Please allow a 2-3 days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Store credit will be issued via an e-gift card that is emailed to you. This store credit gift card never expires and can be used in store, online, and on invoices. The amount refunded will be the dollar amount you actually purchased the item for. For example, if you bought an $20 item for $10 you would be refunded $10. Any discounts or promotions used CANNOT transfer over to the new purchase.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges will be permitted for the exact same item you purchased - if it is available in the size you need. Otherwise please just take a refund or store credit. If you wish to exchange an item please email Alyssa first. Return the item via mail or the drop box, then Alyssa will process your exchange.

SHIPPING ITEMS BACK
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1612 Pleasantview Dr. Lancaster Ohio US 43130

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you would like to skip a trip to the post office, a prepaid shipping can be emailed to you. Then you would just have to print this label, and slip your return back into any poly mailer and drop it in your mailbox. The cost of this prepaid return label will be deducted from your return or store credit. The cost of this postage is based on weight. Alyssa can let you know ahead of time how much this label costs. It will be cheaper than paying retail at the PO counter.

If you are shipping an item over $75 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DAMAGES

Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've received a damaged or defective item, or are missing an item please contact Alyssa (boutiquebyalyssa@gmail.com) as soon as possible so we can get your mishap taken care of for you. As a small business items that have been worn or washed will not be eligible for a refund.
